Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We know that unexpected things happen, and we’re happy to accommodate changes to your booking whenever possible. To be fair to both our team and other clients, we do require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule adjustments. This gives us enough time to offer your slot to someone on our waitlist.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up for your appointment, the full session fee will be charged to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding that last-minute openings are difficult to fill.
For the safety and comfort of everyone in our space, please contact us immediately if you’re experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms on the day of your visit. We’ll work with you to reschedule at no penalty, so we can keep our environment healthy for all.
